Overview

We are currently looking for an AI Engineer to join our Lisbon-based team (hybrid work schedule).

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with
  - functional teams to apply technical excellence with business acumen and a collaborative mindset.
• Contribute to data science and AI initiatives, including NLP tasks and working with LLMs (prompt engineering).

Qualifications

• MSc or Ph
  D in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related fields (Data Science specialization is a plus)
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in data science or related roles
• Strong foundations in mathematics, statistics, and machine learning; NLP and curating Text Datasets
• Proficiency in Python and ML/DL packages (e. g. , Py
  Torch, Num
  Py, Scikit-Learn)
• Experience in NLP tasks (Text Classification, NER, Information Retrieval)
• Experience with LLMs, in particular prompt engineering
• Hands-on experience coding solutions on realistic data analytics applications
• Fluency in Portuguese and English

Preferred Skills

• Programming experience in Python
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud) is a plus
• Experience with Agentic Frameworks (e. g. , Lang
  Graph) is a plus
• Knowledge of MLOps practices is a plus
