What you’ll do

• Design and implement AI-powered automation and internal tools (e. g. ticket triage, predictive maintenance, anomaly detection, or log analysis).
• Build and integrate LLM-based systems and agentic AI solutions (e. g. Lang
  Chain, Lang
  Graph, Auto
  Gen, Crew
  AI, Llama
  Index).
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deploy AI into real products and business workflows.
• Develop scalable backends (Python, Fast
  API) and cloud infrastructures (Azure, Kubernetes, Open
  Stack).
• Optimize models, ensure reliability, and maintain production‑grade AI pipelines.

What we’re looking for

• Hands‑on experience with AI/ML libraries (e. g. Open
  AI API, Hugging Face, scikit‑learn).
• Experience with automation or workflow orchestration (n8n, Airflow, Lang
  Chain).
• Familiarity with cloud environments (Azure, Kubernetes, Open
  Stack).
• Understanding of LLMs, NLP, or agentic AI frameworks.
• Solid grasp of data privacy, observability, and scalability principles.

Nice to have

• Experience deploying or fine‑tuning LLMs and integrating them in internal tools.
• Knowledge of RAG pipelines, embeddings, and vector databases.
• Contributions to open‑source AI or automation projects.
