• Take full ownership of AI-based detection applications, from architecture and data prep to model deployment.
• Design and optimize
  - time software components for
  - performance machine vision tasks.
• Test, evaluate, and ensure the reliability of AI systems that meet
  - grade standards.
• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams (e. g. , system architecture, mechatronics).
• Continuously evolve our internal frameworks and integrate innovative
  - source and academic research.
• A university degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, Electrical Engineering, or a similar field.
• A Ph
  D (finished or ongoing) or 5+ years' experience in Deep Learning and Machine Vision.
• Strong expertise in image segmentation, object recognition, and image classification.
• Fluency in Python and C++, and experience with scalable training on local/cloud infrastructures.
• Knowledge of Reinforcement Learning, Robotics, Generative AI, or Explainable AI.
• Passionate about applying AI to
  - world industrial and logistics challenges.
• A strong communicator and networker with a global mindset.

• Fluent in English.
