You will apply AI aggressively across every stage of the development lifecycle — from requirements and design to coding, testing, and release — and establish a new engineering benchmark for the company. - Deeply understand our AWS, . NET, Python, Mongo
DB tech stack and delivery model. - Start shipping real features using AI at every stage: coding, testing, documenting, releasing. - Contribute to improving workflows for even faster delivery. By Day 60:
- Independently own the full lifecycle of feature delivery through AI-first methods. - Identify and drive improvements in velocity, automation, and team efficiency. - Partner with Product and Tech Leads to aggressively accelerate
