About the Role

We’re building and scaling internal projects.

To move faster (and smarter), we’re looking for someone who already uses AI daily to get work done;

not as a buzzword, but as a real productivity edge.

You won’t be doing “admin work”. You won’t be following long instructions. And this role is not about experience titles. It’s about how you think, how you work, and how you use AI to get better results with less effort.

What you’ll actually do

Your mission is to turn messy inputs into clear, usable outputs, using AI as your main tool. That means:

• Using AI (Chat
  GPT, Gemini, Claude, etc. ) to structure, rewrite and accelerate work
• Turning rough ideas, notes, transcripts, messages or data into clean content or systems
• Reusing and remixing existing content (text, video, captions, transcripts)
• Creating prompts, templates and simple workflows that save time
• Organising digital information so it’s easy to reuse later
• Supporting content prep for Linked
  In and other channels
• Automating first, doing manual work only when automation doesn’t make sense
• Spotting inefficiencies and proposing better ways to work

Who we’re looking for

You don’t need a long CV. You do need proof you can do the work. You likely:

• Already use AI daily to work better and faster
• Think in systems, shortcuts and improvements
• Are comfortable with ambiguity and iteration
• Are
  - driven, curious and pragmatic
• Care more about impact than hours worked
• Might be a recent graduate, a
  - taught builder, or someone running side projects

Tools you’ll likely use

• Chat
  GPT, Gemini, Claude (or similar)
• Google Docs / Sheets, Notion or equivalent
• Simple automation tools (Zapier, Make, n8n) are a big plus
• Python knowledge is valued (even basic)
• Bonus points if you enjoy vibe coding
