Staff AI Engineer

We are seeking a seasoned Staff AI Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for shaping the vision and execution of AI/ML products at scale.

• Achieve technical leadership in designing, developing, and delivering
  - scale AI-powered systems and features with reliability, efficiency, and maintainability as core principles.
• Collaborate with
  - functional teams to productionize new models, LLM-powered services, and experiment with emerging AI technologies in intelligent triage.
• Develop and evolve MLOps processes (CI/CD, model versioning, monitoring, and observability), ensuring efficient model deployment and high system reliability.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy
  - scale AI/ML systems and features using Python-based software development.
• Collaborate with ML Scientists and Product teams to productionize new models and LLM-powered services.
• Evaluate and recommend emerging AI technologies for integration into existing systems.
• Mentor junior engineers and share knowledge on model development, deployment, and best practices.

Requirements

• Advanced proficiency in scalable data processing frameworks (e. g. , Spark, AWS Batch, Airflow).
• Demonstrated technical leadership experience with ability to define system vision, steer architecture, make
  - off decisions, and coordinate complex projects across teams.
• Experience with cloud environments (AWS preferred, but GCP/Azure experience valued) and microservices architectures (Kubernetes, Docker).
• Familiarity with modern NLP/LLM stacks and libraries (Hugging
  Face, Open
  AI, etc. ).
• Strong
  - solving skills, technical judgment, and ability to drive innovation in ambiguous,
  - evolving business contexts.
