Must-Have Qualifications:

• A degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
• 2 to 5 years of experience in AI and Machine Learning development and implementation
• Experience with large language models (LLMs), Reinforcement Learning with Human Feedback (RLHF), and
  - based architectures
• Proficiency in Python for scalable, production systems
• Knowledge of hallucination mitigation, memory architectures, and
  - assisted reasoning
• Product-oriented mindset and proactive, autonomous work style
• Availability to work in a hybrid model based in Lisbon

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
• Experience with
  - performance computing environments
• Familiarity with ML Ops practices
