What You’ll Do

• Collaborate with data scientists to develop
  - ready model training pipelines
• Design scalable solutions and inference pipelines in distributed environments
• Implement model diagnostics, monitoring flows, and evaluation metrics
• Automate model deployment and create REST API endpoints for ML models
• Build scalable model serving workflows
• Optimize clusters for performance and scalability
• Develop and maintain internal ML tools and libraries

AI Engineer (Remote Position)

Overview / Summary: We are looking for an experienced AI Engineer to join our team. This Engineer will lead the development and deployment of generative AI solutions in enterprise environments. This role will focus on designing, implementing, and optimizing Large Language Model (LLM) applications, integrating AI services across Microsoft Azure, and building Copilot solutions. You should have extensive experience in AI/ML, cloud infrastructure, and leading technical projects.

Responsibilities and Tasks

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of Gen
  AI solutions.
• Deliver autonomous Gen
  AI applications (Open
  AI, AI Search) and implement AI/ML workflows for business applications.
• Prepare data and develop prototypes projects from concept to production, including planning, architecture, and solution validation.
• Integrate external APIs, Microsoft 365 services (Graph API, Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse), and other enterprise systems with AI solutions.

Mandatory Requirements

• +5 years of experience in Machine Learning, Generative AI, or related fields.
• Experience implementing Gen
  AI solutions, LLMs (GPT‑4o, O3) and Copilot implementations.
• Experience with Azure AI Services for TTS, STT, OCR, embeddings, and data processing.
• Backend API development experience, particularly with Fast
  API.
• Dev
  Ops and MLOps practices, including Docker, CI/CD, Azure Container Registry, and secrets management (Azure Key Vault, Git
