? WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR IN YOU?

• 5+ years in AI/ML engineering, with at least 3+ years in MLOps/Gen
  AI Ops.
• Strong expertise with Snowflake (Snowpark, UDFs, ML integrations, governance).
• Hands-on experience in Azure ML ecosystem (Azure ML Studio, Azure Open
  AI).
• Proficiency in MLOps frameworks (MLflow, Kubeflow, Airflow, DVC, Feast).
• Strong coding skills in Python, SQL, and exposure to Py
  Torch / Tensor
  Flow.
• CI/CD & deployment with Azure Dev
  Ops / Git
  Hub Actions, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of responsible AI, security, and compliance in enterprise environments.
• Proven track record of leading engineering teams and deploying AI/ML at scale.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work
  - functionally with stakeholders, engineers, and analysts.

? GOOD TO HAVE:

• Multi-cloud AI/ML experience (AWS/GCP in addition to Azure).
• Knowledge of feature stores, model registries, and enterprise ML governance.
• Contributions to
  - source MLOps/Gen
  AI frameworks.
• Understanding data privacy regulations (GDPR, HIPAA) and AI ethics frameworks.
• Experience implementing
  - based access control (RBAC) and data masking in Snowflake or Azure.
• Contributions to
  - source ML/Gen
  AI projects or active participation in AI communities.
• Strong presentation skills for technical demos, architecture reviews, or stakeholder briefings
• Experience with Databricks, AWS Sage
  Maker, or Google Vertex AI for
  - cloud ML workflows.
• Exposure to streaming data platforms like Kafka, Azure Event Hubs, or Apache Flink.

? HOW WILL YOUR DAILY JOB BE?

MLOps / Gen
AI Ops

• Design and implement
  -
  - end ML pipelines (data ingestion, training, validation, deployment, monitoring, retraining).
• Operationalize Gen
  AI models (LLMs, embeddings, vector databases, prompt orchestration) for enterprise use cases.
• Automate CI/CD workflows for ML/Gen
  AI apps ensuring reproducibility, scalability, and governance.
• Implement model monitoring, observability, and drift detection frameworks.
• Define best practices for ML/Gen
  AI lifecycle management and compliance.

Azure Cloud Engineering

• Build and optimize AI/ML solutions on Azure using services like Azure ML, AKS, Azure Open
  AI
• Design
  - native architectures ensuring scalability, high availability, and security.
• Implement
  - efficient infrastructure for
  - scale AI workloads.

Snowflake as a Data Platform

• Use Snowflake as the central data platform for feature engineering, data preparation, and model serving.
• Integrate Snowpark, Python UDFs, and Snowflake ML with AI/ML pipelines.
• Enable
  - time and batch data pipelines with Snowflake + Azure ecosystems.
• Implement data governance, lineage, and observability in Snowflake for AI/ML workloads.

Leadership & Collaboration

• Serve as a technical leader and mentor for ML and data engineers.
• Partner with data scientists to produce research models on Snowflake and Azure.
• Engage with product and business stakeholders to align AI solutions with enterprise strategy.
• Drive innovation in Gen
  AI Ops, MLOps, and data platform integration.
