Tech company based in Lisbon. To help them grow their AI/ML capabilities, we are looking for an experienced AI/ML Engineer to join their team on a hybrid basis. Main Tasks:

- Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML solutions for
- gen financial technologies.

- Implement Gen
AI,
- based systems, and advanced ML models.

- Collaborate with
- functional teams to integrate AI into a customizable platform.

- Work on projects involving OCR, vector databases, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).

- Optimize AI models on cloud platforms (AWS preferred – including Sage
Maker and Bedrock).

- Participate in building Agentic frameworks and support data pipelines for AI integration.

- Promote MLOps best practices across the engineering team.

- Stay ahead of the curve by exploring the latest AI/ML research, tools, and frameworks. Skills:

- Minimum of 3 years of
- on experience in AI/ML engineering.

- Strong experience with Gen
AI, ML models, prompting techniques, agents.

- Proficiency in Python and libraries such as Tensor
Flow, Py
Torch,
- learn.

- Practical experience with OCR, vector DBs, and RAG frameworks.

- Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (especially AWS).

- Knowledge of Langchain, Langgraph, and Langsmith is a plus.

- Previous experience in fintech and working with structured financial products is a bonus.
