We’re looking for a AI/ML Scientist to join our Clients core engineering team developing a
- generation AI Agent platform for the banking sector.

Role Overview

You will research, design, and implement advanced ML, DL, NLP, and Gen
AI models, translating business challenges into scalable AI solutions deployed in production.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement advanced AI algorithms.
• Translate business problems into scientific challenges and impactful models.
• Work with
  - scale structured and unstructured data.
• Deploy models in collaboration with Data Engineering and MLOps teams.
• Contribute to AI best practices, governance, and Responsible AI.
• Communicate results to technical and
  - technical stakeholders.
• Stay current with AI research and tools.

Required Qualifications

• MSc or Ph
  D in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or related fields.
• Proven impact via production AI systems or
  - tier publications.
• Strong Python skills and
  - on experience with Py
  Torch, Tensor
  Flow,
  - learn, and Hugging Face.
• End-to-end experience across the model lifecycle.
• Solid understanding of evaluation metrics, bias mitigation, and explainability.

Nice to Have

• Production experience with Generative AI (LLMs, diffusion models).
• Cloud, scalable infrastructure, and MLOps experience.
