In This Role, You Will

• Go through 2 days of industry‑specific and Motion‑specific onboarding, pair with a senior developer to set up the codebase, and push a feature in your first week.
• Own a major initiative in your first 3 months.
• Work on a small, high‑ownership, cross‑functional team with weekly cycles.
• Build user‑facing products ranging from cutting‑edge AI support to onboarding and creative discovery tools.

Your Background Looks Something Like

• 5+ years of experience turning designs and product requirements into products people love and use every day.
• Exceptional at React, Type
  Script, Graph
  QL, Node. js, and Mongo
  DB.
• Interest in AI/ML.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment with evolving requirements and priorities.
• Self‑taught, bootcamp, degree, or founder – we love talent from anywhere.
