We are looking for an AI Product Tech Lead to be part of our team and grow with us.

What you need to have:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering or similar

Proven experience as a Tech Lead / Senior Technical Leader in complex platforms

Strong background in Java as the main stack, particularly Spring Boot

Solid experience with Event-Driven Architecture , especially Kafka

Hands-on experience integrating Generative AI (Gen
AI) into enterprise platforms

Experience designing
- native,
- first and scalable architectures

Strong knowledge of DDD, service decomposition, API and schema design

Experience with SQL and No
SQL databases (e. g. My
SQL, Mongo
DB) and data migrations

Experience with Cloud platforms , CI/CD pipelines and containerization

Knowledge of security and observability fundamentals

Strong documentation and
- design skills (ADRs, HLA, sequence diagrams)

Fluency in English
