Key Responsibilities

• Prompt Design & Optimization: Create and refine system messages for clause extraction, summarization, and classification of pharmaceutical documents.
• Workflow Engineering: Configure LLM workflows and RAG pipelines to extract key entities from enrollment forms, benefit verifications, and legal amendments.
• System Development: Build document ingestion processes using Python (Fast
  API/Django) and vector search technologies.
• Quality Assurance: Maintain prompt libraries and evaluation frameworks to minimize hallucinations and ensure compliance with medical standards.
• Collaboration: Work alongside legal, compliance, and pharmacy operations teams to align AI outputs with business requirements.

Required Qualifications

• Prompt Engineering Expertise: Proven track record in document processing and extraction using LLMs.
• Domain Knowledge: Familiarity with healthcare, pharmacy, or pharmaceutical access documentation.
• Technical Stack: Strong proficiency in Python (Fast
  API/Django/Pydantic) and experience with Docker/Git.

  AI Fundamentals: Deep understanding of RAG, embeddings, and LLM evaluation methodologies.
