Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled AI research leader to join our team. As a recognized expert in the field of artificial intelligence, you will be responsible for advancing the

-
- art in AI and driving innovation across our organization.

Your primary focus will be on leading
-
- end design, development, and deployment of novel AI models and algorithms. You will define research agendas that shape our AI-powered roadmap and pioneer large, complex initiatives across product lines.

You will also be responsible for defining and driving experimentation standards, statistically robust offline/online evaluations, and model governance for compliance, fairness, and explainability. Additionally, you will bridge
- edge research and production, collaborating with engineering teams to build systems that scale globally and meet
- world performance constraints.

We are looking for someone with a strong track record of impactful research and deployment of AI solutions at scale. You should have deep expertise in experimental design, statistical analysis, and AI science best practices. Strong coding skills in Python and experience with ML frameworks are also essential.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• MSc degree (Ph
  D preferred) in computer science, electrical engineering, math, or related areas
• Substantial track record of impactful research and deployment of AI solutions at scale
• Proven technical and research leadership across projects/teams
• Deep expertise in experimental design, statistical analysis, and AI science best practices
• Strong coding skills in Python and experience with ML frameworks
