Role: AI Sales Manager (Remote)

We're looking for a driven,
- savvy AI Sales Manager who knows how to spot an opportunity, pitch tech with confidence, and close the deal. You’ll be the bridge between potential clients and our solutions — translating business problems into AI-powered solutions that actually make sense.

This is a
- time, fully remote role with plenty of room to grow.

What you’ll be doing:

Identifying and reaching out to potential clients

Running sales calls and demos

Closing deals and building
- term client relationships

Creating pitch decks, proposals, and light marketing content

Working closely with our tech team to align on client needs and solutions

What we’re looking for:

Solid experience in tech or software sales ( experience in AI, automation, or Saa
S are a plus)

Experience in account management and business development

Confident communicator who can explain complex stuff in plain language

Great at presentations, negotiation, and building rapport

Organized, proactive, and not afraid to wear multiple hats

Fluent in English and Portuguese (Spanish is a plus)

Bachelor’s degree preferred (but not a dealbreaker if you’ve got the skills)

Available to start in September

You're comfortable with a compensation structure that includes a significant variable (performance-based) component
