• Specifications of conceptual and logical AI architectures to meet strategic business, financial and technology objectives. In particular use of AI for
  - system use cases
• Translate business needs into a solution blueprint that represents an
  -
  - end AI solution, using defined reference architectures, technology trends, and implementation experience
• Provide comprehensive AI and Data architectural support to project managers to ensure proposed solutions are technically viable, scalable and harmonized where applicable
• Own and define the AI and Data architecture artefacts, guardrails and technical implementation guidelines clearly
• Find the right balance between innovation, technical feasibility,
  - term sustainability, agile delivery, and
  - effective
  -
  - end implementation of AI solutions
• Recommend and evaluate new technology platforms and components and be the primary interface to product/technology vendors
• Interact with mid to senior level executives, providing knowledge and
  - practice advice to identified issues

What is needed to succeed in this role?

• A background in implementing AI and Data Solutions, including the key data dependencies required to feed and sustain AI
• Ability to translate business (and IT) use cases into an
  -
  - end AI solution design covering people, process, technology (AI and
  - AI components) and data
• Experience of using LLMs and agentic AI models in Joule and Co-Pilot
• A desire to be at the forefront of a major AI transformation and to grow a career in AI
• 5+ years of experience as the lead technologist/architect for a major product or service, ideally covering AI and Data
• Experience in technical design and deployment of various AI technologies
• Experience with managing hybrid HR technology landscapes - including cloud Saa
  S HR technologies, ERP HR systems and employee and organizational data distribution management, and how these will alter the approach to implementing AI across the landscape
• Deep technical architecture knowledge and experience in AI and data architecture solutions
• Hands-on experience with
  - premise and cloud solutions configuration and implementation
• Be a
  - starter and able to drive
  -
  - end process and solution leadership
• Stakeholders management and communication skills
• Understanding of common industry frameworks like TOGAF and ITIL
• Degree in IT-related studies of artificial intelligence, data architecture and systems implementation
