We are looking for a skilled AI Software Engineer (Focus on Generative AI and Machine Learning) to join our Vasco da Gama team.

Your role is to design and develop Generative AI AND Machine Learning solutions, integrate LLMs and vector databases, implement and optimize models with Python, and deliver scalable AI services within an agile team.

? WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

-      Design and develop solutions based on Generative AI and Machine Learning, including integration with LLMs, RAG, and vector databases.

-      Implement and optimize models using Python and AI frameworks such as Tensor
Flow and Py
Torch.

-      Apply fine-tuning and transfer learning techniques to adapt models to specific domains.

-      Develop APIs and services to expose AI models in a scalable way.

-      Collaborate with
- functional teams to define requirements and deliver robust solutions.

-      Be part of an agile team, contributing to technical reviews and promoting best practices.

? WHAT YOU’LL NEED

Required Skills:

-         Solid experience with Python and ML frameworks (Tensor
Flow, Py
Torch).

-         Hands-on experience with language models and Generative AI (LLMs).

-         Knowledge of fine-tuning, transfer learning, and advanced NLP techniques.

-         Experience with LLM APIs (Open
AI, Azure Open
AI, Hugging
Face).

-         Experience with data engineering, preprocessing, and training pipelines.

-         Knowledge of SQL and data ingestion.

-         Excellent English communication skills

Nice to Have:

-         Knowledge of Lang
Chain, Semantic Kernel, or orchestration frameworks for Generative AI.

-         Experience with MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow, Vertex AI, Sage
Maker).

-         Familiarity with RAG, embeddings, and vector databases (Qdrant, Pinecone).

-         Knowledge of Docker, CI/CD, and Git.

-         RESTful API development and scalable service integration.

-         Data visualization skills.

-         Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) for AI workloads.
