The primary focus of this role will be TOBi, Vodafone’s virtual assistant, ensuring it delivers exceptional customer experiences across all channels## **Who you are*** Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Management, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or similar;* Basic understanding of AI/ML concepts, natural language processing (NLP), and conversational AI;* Familiarity with prompt design and optimization techniques;* Strong analytical and
- solving skills;* Ability to work in agile,
- functional teams and international environments;* Previous experience in similar roles;* Experience with chatbot platforms or virtual assistants;* Knowledge of Python or other programming languages for AI development;* Exposure to
