Work Regime: Full-time & Hybrid (2x to 3x office days)

Overview / Summary:

We are looking for an AI Team Leader to join our team for a project in Lisbon. It requires someone who understands the needs of business areas, can translate them into AI solutions, and guides technical execution with a focus on tangible results.

Responsibilities and Tasks:

• Understand business area needs and translate them into AI-driven solutions.
  
  
• Lead the technical execution of AI projects, ensuring tangible outcomes.
  
  
• Guide a development team, including task assignment, code review, and implementing best practices.
  
  
• Design, develop, and integrate generative AI solutions such as chatbots, agentic systems, and
  - support models using LLMs.
  
  
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align AI solutions with business goals.
  
  

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.
• +5 years of experience in generative AI, including chatbots, agentic systems, and LLM-based
  - support models.
  
  
• Strong technical leadership skills and experience managing development teams.
  
  
• Experience in defining tasks, reviewing code, and enforcing software development best practices.
  
  
• Ability to bridge business needs with technical implementation.
