Your Key Responsibilities

• Drive AI Adoption: Define strategies and promote the use of Generative AI across Visma, focusing on adoption and effectiveness at scale.
• Champion AI: Identify, experiment with, and establish best practices for high‑impact Generative AI use cases and AI‑driven software engineering.
• Inspire: Communicate the value and potential of AI to diverse audiences within Visma, fostering understanding and enthusiasm.
• Collaborate & Empower: Work closely with product development teams to integrate AI tools and practices, helping them overcome challenges and succeed.
• Translate Strategy into Practice: Run workshops to upskill developers on tools like Git
  Hub Copilot or Cursor; deliver demos; evaluate tools and create proof‑of‑concepts with tangible impact.
