Generative AI is reshaping how software is built, designed, and used. As AI Tech Lead, you will guide Visma’s product teams to effectively adopt AI in their engineering practices. Your work will boost productivity, speed up innovation, and help identify and act on new opportunities that deliver real value.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Drive AI Adoption: Define strategies and promote the use of Generative AI in software engineering across Visma, focusing on adoption and effectiveness at scale.
• Champion AI: Lead identification, experimentation, and establishment of best practices for
  - impact Generative AI use cases and AI-driven software engineering. Explore novel AI applications and define standards to enhance development capabilities.
• Inspire: Communicate the value and potential of AI to diverse audiences within Visma to drive widespread adoption.
• Collaborate & Empower: Work with product development teams to integrate AI tools and practices, helping them overcome challenges and succeed with AI.
• Translate Strategy into Practice: Run
  - on workshops to upskill developers, deliver sessions and demos on latest gen
  AI tools, evaluate gen
  AI tools, and create

  - concepts with tangible impact.

What We’re Looking For

• AI Fluency: Hands-on experience with generative AI, prompt engineering, and AI-powered development tools.
