We are looking for an Agentic
AI Technical Consultant to join our Client's team on a hybrid working model.

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in the design, development, and implementation of intelligent agents in collaboration with the AI architecture team
• Develop Agentic
  AI solutions aligned with the practices and standards defined by the AI Factory
• Ensure compliance with internal security, privacy, and regulatory standards
• Contribute to the continuous evolution of the AI Factory’s methodologies, tools, and frameworks
• Integrate into established ways of working, collaborating with Product Owners, architects, and other squads
• Support agent orchestration and integration with Microsoft cloud services
• Work across various use cases within the Agentic
  AI Squad, including potential temporary repositioning into other squads when needed

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience in developing and implementing Agentic
  AI solutions
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Azure AI technologies, including:
• Azure Open
  AI Service
• Azure AI Foundry / Microsoft Agent Framework
• Azure Machine Learning
• Azure Copilot
• Agent orchestration and cloud integrations
• Experience with Azure Dev
  Ops (backlog management) and Git
  Hub (repositories, pipelines)
• Knowledge of MLOps practices and AI governance
• Availability for
  - site presence in Lisbon (minimum 3 days per week)
• Fluency in Portuguese and strong communication skills
