We’re looking for a creative, performance‑driven AI Video Ads Editor to help craft video content that looks good and converts. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of creativity and data, and who knows how to use AI tools to streamline production and drive results. You’ll play a key role in our growth strategy by producing high‑impact, AI‑generated video ads tailored for platforms like Meta.

The Role

Join our team to produce AI‑powered video ads that drive conversions across media‑buying channels, collaborate with creative strategists and media‑buying teams, and continuously improve performance through data‑driven insights.

Responsibilities

• Create high‑quality, AI‑generated video ads that drive conversions on media‑buying channels (Meta, etc)
• Leverage AI tools such as voice‑over generators, script‑writing assistants, animation and video‑editing software to produce videos that inspire potential customers to buy
• Collaborate with our creative strategist and media‑buying team to align video content with overall marketing objectives and scale paid traffic
• Monitor video performance using data‑driven insights to refine strategies and enhance future content
• Deliver high‑quality videos on time, maintaining creativity, attention to detail, and consistency across projects

Skills & Experience

• Proven experience in creating video ads with demonstrated success, including high conversion rates (CR) from past campaigns; experience with Meta (Facebook, Instagram) or similar is essential
• Proven experience in creating AI‑generated video content, preferably for Meta or similar platforms
• Strong experience using AI tools for video creation and editing
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines while maintaining a high standard of quality
• Creativity in developing compelling content ideas that drive conversions and resonate with the target audience
• Solid understanding of key media‑buying and ad performance metrics such as CPC, CPA, CTR, and especially CR
• Portfolio of past AI‑generated video ad content is required for consideration
• Experience creating sales or lead‑generation‑oriented content
• Familiarity with marketing and advertising principles

Fixed Service Fee

€1, 000–€1, 500 after taxes, depending on your skills, competencies, and experience. This role is based on a contract/freelance agreement.

Eligibility & Location Requirements

This role is 100% remote. Our tribe works primarily in the Eastern European Time Zone (EET – UTC+2/UTC+3). We also use Revolut for payments, so we’re open to hiring candidates in countries where Revolut payments are supported. For full‑time roles we ask that you’re available for at least 5 hours during typical EET working hours (this does not apply to part‑time roles).
