The AI Specialist, Customer Success role is a dynamic customer advisory position responsible for driving business outcomes through

- value. You will also drive, enable, and remove obstacles to adoption of Advanced AI Agents, ensuring continued engagement after launch.
You will advocate for the customer across the ecosystem, bringing prioritized and
- driven customer feedback and insight back into the product development team. You will deliver a heightened customer experience through proactive engagement and communication, providing prescriptive best practices, resources, expertise, and linking customer adoption to quantified and qualified customer value and business outcomes.
Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years of related experience in Customer Success or Experience.
- Previous experience in customer success roles in enterprise technology or Saa
