Paradox EN is looking for a skilled engineer to design and scale AI‑powered automation and workflow solutions across the organization. This full‑time role can be based in Dubai, Lisbon or fully remote, and requires fluency in French and English.

What You’ll Achieve
- Automate mission‑critical workflows across the company
- Scale systems to support international growth
- Free up time and unlock leverage for every team
- Implement smart AI agents to handle repetitive operations
- Architect processes that feel invisible
Responsibilities
- Create powerful, scalable workflows using n8n, Make.com, Zapier, or custom scripts
- Handle multi‑step logic, error handling, conditions & retries
- Own end‑to‑end lifecycle: identify, build, deploy, maintain
- Integrate systems via REST, Webhooks, Graph
QL, OAuth - Self‑host tools for internal dashboards, chat tools
- Build microservices to bridge no‑code and custom dev
- Design robust data structures in Airtable, Notion, or relational DBs
- Implement access controls, permission, and governance
- Structure workflows that grow with the team
- Debug, refactor, and optimize existing automations
- Build fail‑safes, alerts, and monitoring
- Continuously evolve workflows to meet changing needs
- Deploy GPT‑powered internal bots and assistants
- Connect chat interfaces to internal APIs and tools
- Support teams in building task‑specific AI agents
- Document everything comprehensively
- Train and support internal users
- Anticipate edge cases, prevent misuse, and design with UX in mind
Toolkit & Stack
- Automation / Ops: n8n (self‑hosted), Make.com, Zapier, Python or JS scripts
- Data & Workflow: Airtable, Notion, Google Sheets, Supabase, Postgre
SQL - Communication: Webhooks, REST APIs, Graph
QL, OAuth, JSON, Regex - Infra / Hosting: Docker, Cloud Run, Firebase, Railway, Vercel, Render
- AI & Assistants: Open

Chain, vector DBs (Pinecone, Weaviate)
Must Have
- Shipped production‑grade automation systems across teams
- Fluent with APIs, HTTP requests, and authentication methods
- Comfortable self‑hosting tools, deploying and maintaining them
- Implemented chatbot systems or assistants integrated with internal tools
- Love simplifying complex systems and scaling the work
- Rigorous builder who considers edge cases, uptime, and error logs
- Enjoy working cross‑functionally, documenting for clarity
- Thrives on autonomy and pushes to make things cleaner, faster, smarter
