Role: AI Workflow Builder & Solution Engineer - French fluent at Paradox EN. You will design, build, and scale automation, API integrations, data architectures, and AI-powered assistants to support international growth.

Responsibilities

I. Design and Build Scalable Automations

• Create powerful, scalable workflows using n8n, Make.com, Zapier, or custom scripts
• Handle
  - step logic, error handling, conditions & retries like a pro
• Own the entire lifecycle: identify, build, deploy, maintain

II. API Integration & Custom App Hosting

• Integrate systems via REST, Webhooks, Graph
  QL, OAuth
• Self-host tools when needed (e. g. internal dashboards, chat tools)
• Build microservices to bridge gaps between
  - code & custom dev

III. Data Architecture & Ops Systems

• Design robust data structures in Airtable, Notion, or relational DBs
• Implement access, permission, and governance systems
• Structure workflows that grow with the team

IV. Workflow Optimization & Reliability

• Debug, refactor, and optimize existing automations
• Build in
  - safes, alerts, and monitoring
• Continuously evolve workflows to meet changing needs

V. AI + Chat System Implementation

• Deploy GPT-powered internal bots and assistants
• Connect chat interfaces to internal APIs and tools
• Support teams in building
  - specific AI agents

VI. Documentation & Team Enablement

• Document everything for future you
• Train and support internal users
• Anticipate edge cases, prevent misuse, and design with UX in mind
