AI Workflow Specialist

About this role
We're looking for an AI Workflow Specialist to join our AI Operations team and help us transform how we work. This is a unique opportunity to sit at the intersection of business and technology, where you'll identify inefficiencies across our organization and build intelligent automations that make our teams faster, more productive, and more effective.
You'll work directly with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to understand their workflows, spot opportunities for automation, and implement solutions using cutting‑edge AI tools and no‑code platforms. This isn't a traditional technical role—we're looking for someone who thinks like a problem solver, understands how businesses operate, and gets excited about making work easier for everyone.
What You'll Do
Build AI‑Powered Solutions
- Design and implement automated workflows that reduce manual work and accelerate business processes
- Create internal tools powered by AI that help teams make better decisions faster
- Integrate AI workflows within business tools to unlock new possibilities
Understand & Optimize Business Processes
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to map out their current workflows
- Identify bottlenecks, repetitive tasks, and opportunities where AI and/or automation can add value
- Translate business needs into technical solutions using no‑code/low‑code platforms
Implement & Iterate
- Build automations using tools like n8n, Relay, Clay, and many others
- Connect systems through API integrations to create seamless workflows
- Test, refine, and improve solutions based on team feedback and results
Drive Measurable Impact
- Focus on outcomes: more sales, faster processes, less bureaucratic overhead
- Track and communicate the value your automations deliver to the business
- Continuously look for new ways AI can solve problems across the organization
What We're Looking For
Core Competencies (50% Business / 50% Technical)
Business Mindset:
- Strong understanding of how businesses operate—especially sales, marketing, and operations functions
- Ability to quickly grasp workflows, identify pain points, and envision better ways of working
- Curious about what makes teams effective and what slows them down
- Results‑oriented: you care about impact, not just building things
Technical Skills:
- Comfortable working with AI tools and understanding their capabilities and limitations
- Experience with (or quick to learn) no‑code/low‑code automation platforms
- Able to work with APIs and integrate different tools together
- No coding required, but you should be technically curious and unafraid of new tools
Ideal Background:
- Recent graduate or 1–3 years of experience in business operations, consulting, process improvement, or related fields
- Background in Business, Technology, or related fields (not mandatory)
- Demonstrated interest in AI and automation—personal projects, coursework, or experiments welcome

Spot - Integration: Various APIs and business tools

First 3‑6 Months:
- Implemented several high‑impact automations that save teams significant time

- Teams are spending less time on repetitive work and more time on what matters

Phase 2: Practical Skills Assessment
Selected candidates will complete a take‑home project based on a real business scenario. You'll be given:
- A specific business workflow or process challenge
- 1–3 days to work on your solution
