We're looking for an AIR & OCEAN FORWARDER for our operations department at PORTO.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Shipment planning (export/import), including documentation
Preparation, control, and distribution of all required documents to counterparties (shipper, consignee, supplier, etc. )
Responsible for customer service and shipment status tracking, identifying incidents, and ensuring resolution to meet and exceed customer expectations.
Consolidation of individual shipments and arrangements for prompt pickup/delivery of shipments to and/or from the specified destination
Preparation of price quotes
Approval of supplier invoices and shipping documents
Ensuring compliance with KPIs and targets according to defined KPIs
Preparation of price quotes
Implementation of new customers, sales representatives, suppliers, and procedures
Qualifications
Experience: 2 years in sea/air operations
Language: Portuguese and proficiency in English (reading and writing)
Work Model: On-site
Excellent communication skills
Proficient in MS Office programs
