Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced professional with a strong transport and logistics background to link operations and management, providing technical expertise and supporting

- day performance improvements. This role is critical in ensuring transport efficiency, cost control, and operational excellence through direct collaboration with carriers, customers, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and analyze the daily performance of carriers, identifying recurring deviations and proposing alternative solutions.
• Act as the first point of escalation for operational teams.
• Manage technical requests and transport quotations, from initial inquiries with carriers to analysis and submission to clients.
• Support the control of logistics costs, collaborating with the audit team and suggesting adjustments to the rate table when needed.
• Resolve complex operational issues that require technical expertise, coordinating with clients and internal teams.
• Identify improvement opportunities and support the review of operational procedures (SOPs).
• Participate in regular meetings with carriers and clients to review performance and ensure operational alignment.
  
  
  

• Minimum of 5 years experience in freight forwarding, with solid expertise in air freight and customs management.
• Strong knowledge of road, sea, and air transportation, as well as industry processes and regulations.
• Technical and operational analysis skills with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Strong organizational skills, ability to manage priorities effectively, and excellent communication.
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
• Fluency in English; French and other languages are a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Transportation, or related fields (preferred).
