Airline Company Legal Advisor Customer Service (German + English)

Location: Lisbon, Portugal On-Site

Start Date: 25 September 2025

Schedule: Monday to Friday (including public holidays), 08:0017:00 (Portuguese time) | Weekends Off

Contract Duration: 6 months

Languages Required: German (C1+) + English (B2+)

About The Role

Join the customer service legal advisory team of a leading airline company. You will support cases requiring legal insight while delivering exceptional customer service to German- and English-speaking clients.

Key Responsibilities

Handle customer inquiries related to legal matters in the airline sector

Provide accurate information on regulations, claims, and policies

Ensure compliance with internal and external legal guidelines

Service customers with professionalism and empathy

Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex cases

Requirements

German C1+ and English B2+

Relevant experience in legal advisory, law, or a related role

Excellent communication and
- solving skills

Ability to work
- site in Lisbon

Strong understanding of customer care standards

Compensation & Benefits

Salary:

1, 100 × 14 months

Performance bonus: 150 × 12 months

Extras:

Welcome Bonus: 3, 000

Mean meal allowance: 7. 23 per day

Transport allowance: 20 per month

Position bonus for Braga: 20 × 12 months
