- focused global company**What you’ll be doing at Webhelp**As a **French-Speaking Airline Reservations Advisor with GDS skills**, you will:
- Manage reservations in a
- office capacity (ticket issuing, modification, and cancellation of reservations)- Assist customers in the
- sales process by answering inquiries regarding their reservations and managing potential requests about travel dates, and promotional campaigns, among
- Keep records of customer interactions or transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions
- Provide excellent customer service by managing expectations and claims in a very positive, polite, and diplomatic
- Handle inquiries and provide timely responses according to the company’s
- Ensure that the degree of satisfaction meets the customer and company needs**We’ll be a great match if you**:
- **Have a high level of French (written and oral) and fluent in English (B2)**:
- Can demonstrate previous experience with GDS tools like Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre- Have excellent communication skills coupled with empathy and team
- Love to identify the customers’ needs and propose fast
