The Role

• Provide
  - quality support to airline customers via phone, email, and chat.
• Assist with reservations, flight changes, cancellations, and general inquiries.
• Deliver empathetic and efficient solutions while ensuring a smooth travel experience.
• Work with internal teams to resolve complex cases and maintain high service standards.
• Represent the airline with professionalism, enthusiasm, and a
  - first mindset.

What We’re Looking For

• Spanish: C1 (or higher), excellent written and spoken skills.
• English: B2 good working knowledge for internal communication.
• Strong
  - solving skills and a positive attitude.
• Flexibility to work shifts: Monday to Sunday, 08:00–21:00 (2 rotating days off).
• Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not mandatory; full training provided.

• Start Date: 25 September 2025 and 2 October 2025
• Location: Lisbon, Portugal
• Schedule: Monday–Sunday, 08:00–21:00 (rotating 2 days off)

The Offer

• Compensation & Benefits
• 870 EUR gross/month (14 salaries/year) base salary
• 100 EUR gross/month (11 months/year) complexity bonus
• Meal Allowance: 7. 23 EUR/day (net, 12 months/year)
• Transport Allowance: 20 EUR/month (12 months/year)
• Total: 1, 285. 72 EUR/month (12 payments)
