About The Job

• Responsible for managing
  - payments received and allocating them to open invoices in the system.
• Coordinate and report to the team leader and perform actions needed for outstanding financial flows according to specific types.

Your Main Activities Are

• Responsible for the settlement of client transactions in a timely and
  - effective manner, monitoring, analyzing, and processing client instruction data.
• Develop a deep knowledge of business requirements, internal processes, and tools.
• Ensure company information databases and internal procedures are known and updated.
• Execute checklist tasks in line with internal procedures to mitigate settlement costs and operational risks.
• Contribute to the overall success of the Operations Department while adhering to BNP Paribas rules on Compliance, Risk, and Conduct.

Profile And Skills To Success

• Bachelor's degree (3-5 years) in Business Management, Economics, Finance, or Accounting.
• Fluency in Portuguese and English.
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
• Ability to collaborate and work in a team.
• Attention to detail and rigor.
• Results-driven and capable of delivering outcomes.
• Client-focused approach.
• Analytical abilities.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Power
  Point.
