Role Description

This is a paid,
- time IEFP Professional Internship (6 months) within Porto Business School’s internal Alumni team. The successful candidate will join our Alumni Relations team, supporting initiatives that strengthen engagement with our alumni community and expand our global network.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in planning and coordinating alumni events, networking sessions and reunions.

Support communication campaigns and newsletters aimed at alumni engagement.

Help manage the alumni database and maintain accurate records.

Contribute to the development of initiatives that connect alumni with students, partners and the wider community.

Collaborate with colleagues to generate new ideas that enhance alumni involvement.

Recommended Profile

Academic background in Psychology or related fields.

Eligibility for an IEFP professional internship.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Proactive, organised and
- oriented mindset.

Motivation to contribute to alumni engagement and
- building projects.
