A Alzheimer Portugal – Delegação Norte is recruiting an Auxiliary of Direct Action for the Day Care Center "Memória De Mim" located in Lavra (Matosinhos).

Schedule: Daytime regime, Monday to Friday

Responsibilities: Provide direct care to People with Dementia, promoting their physical and emotional
- being. Tasks include:

• Daily transportation of users
• Support in daily living activities: feeding, hygiene, mobility
• Monitoring in daily activities and stimulation, promoting autonomy
• Active participation in creating a safe, welcoming, and
  - centered environment, always respecting dignity and individuality
• Collaboration with the technical team in implementing individual care plans

Profile: Minimum mandatory schooling. Training in geriatrics. Driving license (category B). Empathy, responsibility, and a passion for working with People with Dementia. Good communication skills and teamwork ability.

Preferences: Experience in caring for People with Dementia; Training in dementia care.
