**About This Job**:Our Sales Representatives fulfill the travel and vacation dreams of our members every day, by helping them use their incredible member benefits like free hotel stays and airline tickets, and greatly discounted cruise packages. We are looking for individuals to work remote and be a part of our Portugal team. **Responsibilities**:
- Provide customer service to customers and existing travel bookings in English- Resolve escalated customer service issues with members & properties. - Service member from point of initial reservation through completion of travel. - Determine how to best fulfill members travel request based on customer needs and available options. - Provide high quality customer service and product knowledge regarding all member programs. - Promote product and services, building sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive
- Follow up to ensure resolution and provide feedback to customers, always following procedures, guidelines, and
- Contribute to team effort by reaching key performance
- Service cruise and

- Maximize all opportunities by booking travel
- on products with every reservation**Requirements**:
- 1+ years' experience in Customer Service or in the Hospitality
- Flexibility to work in schedules/shifts: according to US Market time
- Highly proficient in English - to communicate effectively over the
- Travel and cruise experience highly
- Microsoft proficient and comfortable learning new computer programs and
- Excellent attention to detail**Compensation**:
- Top Performer - 1500€ /
