Overview

Junior Project Manager – Location: Lisbon, Portugal. Experience: 1 year in project management. Salary Range: €12, 000–€22, 000 gross per year (depending on experience + Performance based End of Year Bonus). Employment Type: Full-time.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, coordinating, and delivering projects across multiple teams
• Organize and facilitate agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
• Work closely with senior project managers to monitor project progress and deadlines
• Track and report on project status using Jira and related tools
• Maintain project documentation and help improve project processes and requirements

Qualifications

• 1 year of project management experience, preferably in a tech or digital environment
• Hands-on experience with Jira (or similar project management software)
• Familiarity with agile methodology and
  - based delivery
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Proficient in English; Portuguese is a plus
