AMC Service Coordinator

Palex Portugal, a leading company in the management and distribution of innovative hospital and research solutions, is recruiting an AMC Service Coordinator.

Responsibilities

• Management of FSN’s in relation to the interface with the manufacturer.
• Management instrumentation and measurement equipment.
• Preparation and management of technical service audits.
• Support for the most difficult critical logistic processes.
• Support the AMC Technical Service Team for the most complex interventions.
• Management of current checklists for maintenance and safety checks of each equipment.
• Project management.
• Follow process and tools defined by the company.
• Follow the values, rights and duties implemented by the company.
• Ensure compliance with Palex Portugal Code of Ethics.

Requirements

Knowledge & Experience

• Graduated in Biomedical Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 2 years experience in a similar role.
• High capacity for planning, organisation and establishing priorities.
• Build cooperative relationships and work as a team.
• Languages: Portuguese and English; Spanish will be valued.
• Proficient computer skills: MS Office, CAD and SAP (preferential).
• Experience in Project Management.
