AMC Service Coordinator – Palex Portugal

Palex Portugal, a leading company in the management and distribution of innovative hospital and research solutions, is recruiting an AMC Service Coordinator.

Main Responsibilities

• Management of FSN’s in relation to the interface with the manufacturer;
• Management instrumentation and measurement equipment;
• Preparation and management of technical service audits;
• Support for the most difficult critical logistic processes;
• Support the AMC Technical Service Team for the most complex interventions;
• Management of current checklists for maintenance and safety checks of each equipment;
• Project management;
• Follow process and tools defined by the company;
• Follow the values, rights and duties implemented by the company;
• Ensure compliance with Palex Portugal Code of Ethics.

Knowledge & Experience

• Graduated in Biomedical Engineering or equivalent;
• At least 2 years’ experience in a similar role;
• High capacity for planning, organization, and establishing priorities;
• Build cooperative relationships and work as a team;
• Languages: Portuguese and English (Spanish valued);
• Proficient computer skills: MS Office, CAD and SAP (preferential);
• Experience in Project Management.
