AML Business Transformation Lead - Lisboa

Developing and executing business transformation strategies
Conducting business process analysis to identify areas of improvement
Identifying, managing and mitigating risks associated with business transformation
Collaborating with stakeholders across various departments to ensure alignment with overall business objectives
Creating and implementing change management strategies to drive business transformation initiatives
Monitoring, analyzing, and reporting on the progress of transformation initiatives
Overseeing the development and implementation of new business processes and systems
Providing guidance and support to teams during the transformation process
Coordinating with the management team to ensure the successful execution of transformation initiatives
Communicating effectively with all levels of the organization to facilitate understanding and

English - B2 minimum
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. An MBA or related advanced degree is preferred
Proven experience (5-8 years) as a Business Transformation or similar role
AML KYC experience
Strong understanding of business strategy and operational efficiency
Excellent project management skills, with a track record of leading successful business transformation initiatives
