Job Title: Cybersecurity Analyst



Location: Lisbon, Portugal



Work Regime: Full-time & Hybrid (2–3x office days per week)

Overview / Summary:

We are seeking a Cybersecurity professional specialized in Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) to manage cybersecurity policies, audits, and risk frameworks. This role focuses on ensuring adherence to industry standards and regulatory requirements.

The ideal profissional has strong knowledge of GRC frameworks, ISO27001, NIST, risk management, compliance processes, and audit practices.

Responsibilities and Tasks:

• Implement and maintain GRC processes and policies.
  
  
• Ensure compliance with ISO27001, NIST, and other relevant standards.
  
  
• Conduct risk assessments, audits, and reporting.
  
  
• Collaborate with business and IT teams to ensure adherence to security policies.
  
  
• Support continuous improvement initiatives for cybersecurity governance.
  
  
• Prepare documentation and reports for management and regulatory purposes.
  
  

• +3 years of experience in previous Cybersecurity roles.
  
  
• Strong experience in Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC).
  
  
• Knowledge of ISO27001, NIST frameworks, risk management, and compliance practices.
  
  
• Experience in conducting audits and managing security policies.
  
  
• English: C1
