Overview

We’re looking for an IT Business Analyst with strong expertise in Tax processes and Business Analysis best practices.

In this role, you’ll be part of a team working on strategic internal applications that support global Tax operations. You’ll act as a key link between Business and IT, ensuring functional requirements are clearly defined, validated, and successfully implemented.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Business teams to conduct pre‑analysis and clarify requirements.
• Challenge and formalize business needs into structured functional specifications.
• Provide functional guidance and expertise to development teams.
• Contribute to testing activities and support user acceptance testing.
• Follow project phases from analysis to release, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
• Maintain clear communication, reporting, and alignment with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, Management, Tax, or Law.
• 4+ years of experience in the financial industry, ideally within Tax‑related activities.
• Strong command of Business Analysis methodologies and Agile practices.
• Good understanding of relational databases (SQL preferred).
• Broad general IT knowledge; familiarity with custody or financial systems is a plus.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to understand, explain, and support change.
• English: Fluency or mastery level.
