Analista de negócios
Overview
We’re looking for an IT Business Analyst with strong expertise in Tax processes and Business Analysis best practices.
In this role, you’ll be part of a team working on strategic internal applications that support global Tax operations. You’ll act as a key link between Business and IT, ensuring functional requirements are clearly defined, validated, and successfully implemented.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Business teams to conduct pre‑analysis and clarify requirements.
- Challenge and formalize business needs into structured functional specifications.
- Provide functional guidance and expertise to development teams.
- Contribute to testing activities and support user acceptance testing.
- Follow project phases from analysis to release, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
- Maintain clear communication, reporting, and alignment with stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, Management, Tax, or Law.
- 4+ years of experience in the financial industry, ideally within Tax‑related activities.
- Strong command of Business Analysis methodologies and Agile practices.
- Good understanding of relational databases (SQL preferred).
- Broad general IT knowledge; familiarity with custody or financial systems is a plus.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to understand, explain, and support change.
- English: Fluency or mastery level.
