We're looking for an IT Business Analyst with strong expertise in Tax processes and Business Analysis best practices.

In this role, you'll be part of a team working on strategic internal applications that support global Tax operations. You'll act as a key link between Business and IT, ensuring functional requirements are clearly defined, validated, and successfully implemented.

? Main Responsibilities

Collaborate with Business teams to conduct
- analysis and clarify requirements

Challenge and formalize business needs into structured functional specifications

Provide functional guidance and expertise to development teams

Contribute to testing activities and support user acceptance testing

Follow project phases from analysis to release, ensuring quality and timely delivery

Maintain clear communication, reporting, and alignment with stakeholders

? Technical Background

Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, Management, Tax, or Law

4+ years of experience in the financial industry, ideally within Tax-related activities

Strong command of Business Analysis methodologies and Agile practices

Good understanding of relational databases (SQL preferred)

Broad general IT knowledge;



familiarity with custody or financial systems is a plus
