1. Bachelor's degree, Master's degree, or equivalent academic training;
2. Over 5 years of experience as a Functional Analyst;
3. Experience interpreting and creating diagrams in UML notation;
4. Proficiency with Jira and Confluence;
5. Experience in specifying and executing tests;
6. Proficiency in Portuguese.
