Requirements:

• Experience in software and hardware troubleshooting
• Knowledge of Windows workstations and servers

• Experience with SCCM (application deployment, updates, OS deployment)

• Experience with Intune (Autopilot, profiles, applications, MDM, security baselines)

• Basic knowledge of SQL, scripting (Power
  Shell, VBScript, Batch), and Active Directory

• Familiarity with virtualization platforms (Citrix, VMware)

• Remote user support and documentation skills

• English proficiency (preferred)
