Location: Oeiras, Portugal (Hybrid)

Summary

We are looking for a Consultant, Analyst with strong analytical skills and a passion for the life sciences industry to work on client‑facing projects across the Commercial Strategy and Insights (CS&I) team.

Key Accountabilities

• Work closely with clients daily to understand challenges, requirements, and business issues
• Perform quantitative and qualitative analyses to develop recommendations while exercising business judgment
• Manage project milestones, update clients on progress, and prepare status reports
• Contribute to client meetings and workshops, including independent desk research and primary research
• Design and create market‑research draft questionnaires, discussion guides, and study reports
• Coordinate studies with IQVIA teams and partners, and review offshore team outputs
• Prepare report templates, data tabulations, and sections of presentations under guidance of a project lead
• Support interactive dashboard design and quality‑control of Excel and Power
  Point deliverables
• Acquire deep knowledge of IQVIA data sources and expand consulting and research knowledge

Requirements

• Master’s/Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in science, medicine, mathematics, economics, or business
• Experience in a professional client‑facing environment, preferably consulting or life‑sciences
• Strong analytical and detail‑oriented skills
• Team‑player with strong interpersonal skills and ability to influence and advise
• Ability to explain complex concepts in client‑appropriate contexts
• Fluency in English (spoken and written) at a strong business level
• Proficient in MS Word, Power
  Point, and Excel
• Motivated, self‑starter and able to meet internal and external deadlines
• Eligibility to work in the UK/EU without sponsorship
• Interest in consulting, healthcare, and the pharmaceutical industry
• Effective time‑management and communication skills
