We’re looking for a Tracking & Data Analytics Specialist to join our dynamic marketing and communications team and take ownership of how we capture, interpret, and act on marketing and digital performance data.
As our Tracking & Data Analytics Specialist, you’ll be the go‑to expert for ensuring our client channel development and marketing campaigns are powered by accurate, insightful data. You’ll manage the setup and maintenance of analytics and tracking systems, build dashboards that surface meaningful insights, and support optimisation through data‑driven recommendations.
This role blends technical capability with analytical thinking and communication skills – perfect for someone who loves solving data puzzles and translating numbers into actionable stories.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
Tracking & Data Setup
- Implement and manage digital tracking across data analytic tools, including client websites, campaigns, and internal properties.
- Configure and maintain tools such as Google Tag Manager, GA4, Looker Studio, Meta Pixel, and Linked
In Insight Tag for our clients - Use event tracking, segmentation and audiences to create detailed customer journey analyses and determine actionable insights
- Support campaign teams in ensuring tracking consistency across paid, earned, and owned channels.
- Troubleshoot data flow issues and ensure integrity of analytics reporting.
- Work within the Research and Strategy team to determine KPI frameworks and implement tracking to monitor success
- Build and maintain interactive dashboards (e. g. , Looker Studio) for campaign and business performance tracking.
- Develop and maintain standardised reporting frameworks for BAU activity and campaign performance.
- Create accessible visualisations and summaries that clearly communicate performance and recommendations to non‑technical audiences.
Analysis & Insights
- Analyse digital and marketing data to identify trends, performance issues, and opportunities for optimisation.
- Provide actionable recommendations for improving campaign performance, website UX, and conversion efficiency.
- Support A/B testing initiatives and measure impact against key KPIs.
- Collaborate with marketing, strategy, design, CRO and client teams to shape data‑driven decisions and inform strategies.
- Maintain a strong understanding of analytics and privacy standards (GA4, consent management, attribution modelling).
- Implement the appropriate type of attribution modelling for a client’s multi‑channel needs and analyse results to inform marketing decisions
- Stay up‑to‑date with emerging tools and industry best practices in data analytics and martech.
- Support the upskilling of colleagues in using and interpreting data effectively.
- Act as problem solver when discrepancies arise in data, across platforms and tracking for clients, and act as a ‘source of truth’.

- You are expected to perform various tasks as necessitated by your evolving role within Rippleffect Group and its overall business objectives, as reasonably requested by your designated manager or the CEO.
