The Role

Veeva Open
Data Commercial supports the industry by providing reference data across the complete healthcare ecosystem, to support commercial sales execution, compliance, and business analytics. We drive value to our customers through constant innovation, using
- based solutions and

- art technologies to deliver product excellence and customer success.

The analyst role with focus on data extraction configures crawlers using our toolchain to extract data from websites. The data is handed over to our data platform for processing using Python configuration scripts. The role has a significant impact on customer success, as it is ensuring the freshness and availability of data for our customers. In addition to the crawlers, the role will work on classic analytical tasks, like
- hoc reports and visual reporting.

• Configure and maintain robust, scalable crawlers
• Build reports,
  - hoc and regularly
• Integrate extracted data into our Open
  Data platform
• Collaborate with
  - functional teams to deliver solutions

• 4+ years of experience as a data analyst using SQL
• Strong understanding of good practices, like version control or code reviews
• Hands on experience building robust and scalable crawlers
• Solid understanding of data structures and data models
• Some familiarity with Python

• Experience with crawling tools like Mozenda or Zyte
• Experience with Redshift
• Experience with Veeva products, like Network
