This is your mission

Are you passionate about VBA development, MS Access solutions and
- functional analysis? Then this position is for you.

As Analyst Developer Proximité, you will be responsible for designing, maintaining and optimizing Access-based applications and supporting business teams through
- quality analysis and development in our ecosystem.

Build side:

• Design and develop new functionalities in MS Access using VBA
• Create and maintain forms, modules and macros
• Produce clear technical and functional specifications
• Write SQL queries and contribute to database structures
• Participate in workshops to gather and translate business needs

Run side:

• Maintain and enhance existing MS Access applications
• Diagnose and resolve incidents or performance issues
  
  
• Provide proximity support to business teams
• Ensure corrective and evolutive maintenance
• Contribute to continuous improvement of processes and tools

This is your background

You have at least 4+ years of experience in demanding development environments involving MS Access and VBA.

You enjoy combining technical expertise with business proximity, and you are constantly seeking to improve solutions.

You have at least 4 years of experience in demanding application development and
- functional analysis environments. You enjoy working closely with business teams, understanding their needs, and transforming them into efficient solutions, and are constantly innovating. This is your expertise:

• MS Access development (senior level)
• VBA – macro creation and feature development (senior level)
• Technical-functional analysis
• SQL Query Language (intermediate/senior)
• MS SQL Server (beginner to intermediate)
• Ability to analyse, synthesize and facilitate workshops

Language Skills:

• French language: B2/C1 mandatory

Optional skills (nice to have):

• PHP/My
  SQL
• Power Apps
• Power BI
• Functional specification design
