Your Impact

You will contribute to the development of our Private Capital practice by supporting our client projects with expertise throughout the entire investment cycle.

In this dynamic role you will gain a comprehensive understanding of the deal cycle, from target screening and company profiling to market assessment and exit preparation. Your responsibilities will include managing and innovating digital tools to streamline these processes, ensuring operational efficiency and effectiveness.

You will work closely with Private Capital leadership in Europe to standardize and digitize client service approaches, contributing to the development of
- edge solutions. This involves building and maintaining digital knowledge assets and creating standardized due diligence modules, such as market models, customer survey designs, expert interviews, and synthesizing external reports. These modules will be integral to proposals and client projects, delivered in collaboration with Mc
Kinsey colleagues.

As part of our Client Capabilities Network, you will leverage your sector expertise in technology, media, telecom, healthcare, consumer, fintech, and industrial. Based in our Madrid or Lisbon office, you will be a key member of the Private Capital Center of Excellence for Europe, Middle East, and Africa.

This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic industry with broad market exposure. You will develop a deep understanding of how investors assess markets and targets, collaborating with global colleagues and private equity practitioners. Your Qualifications and Skills

• Master's degree in business, finance, economics, econometrics or a related field with a consistent outstanding academic record
• 1-3 years of experience in private equity, investment banking, consulting or financial services
• Knowledge of due diligences including market modeling, expert interviews, external report analyses, conducting surveys is a plus
• Experience in leveraging analytics and Gen
  AI tools
• Excellent
  - solving skills including the ability to structure a problem, disaggregate issues, identify root causes and recommend solutions
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills in Spanish and English
